I’m not a big fan of pies, but I like adding pure pumpkin to plain Greek yogurt or smoothies. This is an easy breakfast that will keep you full for hours.
1/4C 100% pumpkin
1/4C skim milk (or sugar-free almond milk)
1 frozen banana (frozen gives it a richer texture)
1 scoop, vanilla protein powder (I use Plant Fusion Vanilla Bean)
